Submit the application fee. If your child is enrolled, this fee will be credited toward registration fees.
Once we process your application, you can expect to hear within a week if you are enrolled or waitlisted.

After your child is enrolled, we need the following documents:
Medial Release Form (Must be notarized.)
Physicians Statement. (Some doctors provide their own forms, and we accept that)
Immunization (shot) Record or waiver.
